My leeds based client is seeking a customer service advisor to work in their Leeds city centre offices.
Your role will include:
To answer telephone calls from retaliers and customers
To undertake all administration duties
To liaise with banks, building societies and retailers to resolve individual problems/queries.
The ideal candidate:
Must be fully MS Office competent
Have previous telephony expereince
Have worked in a cross selling environment
Your Hours
Youwill work a flexible pattern over 37 hours to cover the core hours of
Monday to Firday 8.45am - 10pm
Saturday 10am to 6pm
