The Company
Our client is a leading off site Construction Company that are seeking a permanent member of staff to expand their construction team. Our client offers an innovative design and planning service to a wide range of industry sectors.
The Role
You will spend 50% of your time office based in York, the remainder of the week will be based on sites across the UK controlling site work undertaken by site operatives and sub-contractors. You will be expected to achieve completion on time, within allocated costs, meet design specification and quality expectations and ensure all activities comply with current construction policies.
You will have:
- LOLER Appointed Person; knowledge of crane limits, product risk assessment and method statements for site operations.
- Previous site supervision experience within the construction industry (previous commercial project work is advantageous
- Budget management experience
- Computer literate (particularly MS Excel)
- A sound Health and Safety background
