Our client is a leading insurer based in Leeds City Centre & Pudsey. Due to an increase in the volume of work, they are now looking to recruit a variety of roles including Claims Advisors & Inbound Sales Advisor, there are Full Time & Part Time roles available. Key competancies include having the ability to build an understanding and trust with customers, gathering valuable information, finding solutions and understanding the customer need. Successful candidates will demonstrate telephone sales skills, excellent communication and listening skills and good PC skills.
Full Time Hours - 35 hours per week, working on a rota basis between the hours of 8am - 9pm, including some weekend work.
Part Time Hours - 16 hours per week, working 3 evenings 5-8pm & saturday or sunday.
