Recruiter Rotherham £16,000 - £17,000 plus bonus (up to £1000 per month)
We have an opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills, previous cold calling and telesales experience to join our client's team in Rotheram.
Your role will be to:
- Identify and source vacancies, creating employment and placement opportunities for clients referred by the job centre
- Work closely with clients from a variety of backgrounds to match them to opportunities
- Carry out business generation through telesales, employer visits, mail shots and other marketing initiatives, developing and maintaining records of current and potential employers
- Conduct one to one interviews with clients prior to, or upon starting on programme
- Manage the aftercare process
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is completed
- Recruit clients onto contracts where applicable e.g. Modern Apprenticeships and NDDP
- Secure repeat business through strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Must have a full driving licence, own vehicle and business insurance
- Numerate and literate
- Previous sales experience, including cold calling and telesales
- Recruitment / interviewing experience (preferred although not essential)
- Self-motivated, trustworthy and determined with a desire to succeed
- Target focused and results driven
- Professional appearance
Benefits / Terms and Conditions
£16,000 - £17,000 plus commission (£50 - £75 per qualifying placement – targeted on 12 per month, 13 or over="£75" per placement)
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (830 – 4.30 or 9 – 5)
Mileage allowance 36 pence per mile
Pension after one year (company will match contributions up to 8%)
25 days holidays plus statutory days (rising by 3 days after 3 years of service, to a maximum of 30 days)
