Our clients are an established chartered consulting structural and civil engineering company providing services that include Engineering Appraisals on Planning Matters Project Management Expert Witness Reports Highway and Drainage Geotechnical and Contamination Foundations Structural Engineering Traffic Flood Risk Assessment Retaining Walls Structural Surveys Planning Supervisor Topographical Surveys and Setting Out
Based in Leeds this client also offers a wide range of experience - producing a quality design/service with projects located throughout the Yorkshire area and work that covers:- Ground investigations for any development, including geotechnical appraisal and assessment of contaminated sites Flood Risk Assessment for planning issues Environmental Risk Assessments for planning issues Supervision of site remediation and validation Design of all foundation solutions Structural engineering of new build and refurbishment for commercial, industrial and residential development, including multi-storey construction Highway and drainage engineering for both large and small developments Full design engineering package for a number of Medical Centres and other commercial operations
The Role
Due to an increase in work load they are now looking to recruit a structural chartered engineer
Duties of the role:
To undertake a site inspection to establish the nature of the ground and then design suitable foundations for the building Check the effect of the alterations on the structure of the building, etc
Hours & Days:
Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a chartered engineer with a minimum of 2 years structural experience
